Features of Fiberglass Needle Felt
1. Fiberglass needle felt exhibits outstanding heat resistance, capable of long-term operation at temperatures up to 260°C, with momentary temperatures reaching up to 300°C.
2. It has high strength and low elongation, with its tensile strength surpassing that of various natural and synthetic fibers. Additionally, fiberglass possesses excellent corrosion resistance, capable of withstanding corrosion from most acids (excluding hydrofluoric acid).
3. Smooth surface resulting in minimal filtration resistance and facilitating dust removal.
4. Non-combustible and maintains its shape under high temperatures. Fiberglass treated with different surface agents has advantages such as softness, smoothness, hydrophobicity, anti-condensation, and low shrinkage.
5. Dimensional stability, high tensile fracture strength, strong corrosion resistance, hydrophobicity, breathability, ease of dust removal, and good chemical stability.
6. Applications: suitable for high-temperature flue gas filtration in steel, cement, electric power, non-ferrous metals, waste incineration, asphalt concrete mixing, chemical industry, and other industries.

Features of Medium Alkali Fiberglass Needle Felt
The medium alkali glass fiber filter material is made from medium alkali glass fiber twisted yarn material and is typically divided into two major series: graphite treatment and silicone oil treatment. They are formed by continuous weaving of medium alkali glass fiber twisted yarn on weaving machines. This type of glass fiber filter material has the following characteristics:
1. High temperature resistance: Suitable for environments below 260°C.
2. Chemical corrosion resistance: It has good resistance to chemical corrosion and can maintain stability in environments with corrosive gases or chemicals.
3. Easy dust removal: Due to the easy detachment of dust from the glass surface, cleaning and maintenance are relatively easy.
4. Suitable for high-temperature smoke emission enterprises, especially suitable for industries such as cement kilns.

Features of Alkali-free Textured Fiberglass Filter Media
Alkali-free textured Fiberglass filter media is made from high-temperature and high-strength glass fiber yarns that have undergone expansion treatment and special processing techniques. It is a new type of fabric developed based on continuous glass fiber filter cloth.
The minimum difference from continuous glass fiber filter cloth lies in the fact that the weft yarn consists entirely or partially of expanded yarn. Due to the fluffy yarn, it has strong coverage and good air permeability, which can improve filtration efficiency, reduce filtration resistance, and achieve a dust removal efficiency of over 99.5%. The filtration speed ranges from 0.6 to 0.8 meters per minute.
Applications: high-temperature atmospheric dust removal and recovery of valuable industrial dust, such as in industries like cement, carbon black, steel, metallurgy, lime kilns, thermal power generation, and coal combustion.

Features of High-Performance Conductive Needle-Punched Felt
It is made by blending polyester short fibers with carbon fibers. The process includes the opening, carding, web laying, pre-punching, high-speed vertical and horizontal main needling, singeing, calendering, and heat setting. This significantly improves the electrical conductivity of the filter bag itself, prolongs the filter bag’s lifespan, and achieves optimal performance.
